My pants don't fit - again. I didn't think I've lost anything in 3 weeks, then between last weekend and today my pants have gotten so loose that I need a belt. I haven't been tracking my inches, but I think I am picking up a trend between losing inches, and losing weight.
October 11, I purchased these 16 relaxed fit. In one month I've dropped enough inches that my next pair of pants - a 14 relaxed - will not be tight. It seems that I've lost most of these inches in the last week and then yesterday, I started to lose pounds again. I am going to keep track of this and see if this is one of my body's trends.
If I had known that everyone's bodies lost weight in different ways, I wouldn't have been so discouraged and quit all those diets.
I didn't lose my 12lb a month this time. I only lost about 6. This might be because I had the one weekend where I just enjoyed a big meal with friends and family.
