I am committed to a dietary change that will reset my metabolism, allowing my body to correctly process what I eat. I will be aware of reasonable portion sizes and I will add more activity to my day/week. I will begin to cultivate a healthy attitude towards food/eating. My self talk and internal body image will be kind, loving and based in reality. I know I will feel better, and as an added benefit, lose the extra weight.
