Ok, day one of my new adventure. This year between January and May I lost 22 pounds. Since that time, I have ceased losing and now have gained two pounds back. I set a new goal of 130lbs and am going to need a LOT of help getting there. My husband is very supportive, he is going to lose weight with me. Between January and May he lost 31 pounds and has gained all but 10 back. This time we are hoping to get to our goal weights and stay there.

I went jogging with him this morning, I think I ran for about 7 minutes and he kept coming back for me. I hate running, it hurts my chest and my legs and makes me too tired to get anything done the rest of the day. I want my goal though, maybe tomorrow I will WII run since he will be sleeping.

No more wine, No more diet coke. I think they are what has stalled my weight loss.
