The GP gym referral has expired so I've paid for regular membership..going for my induction session today. I have only 1 item of clothing from my slim days and I am aiming to get into it by next summer.I have lost some weight over the last few months but could have done better if I stuck to my exercise plan. I think I have the eating side sorted just need to motivate myself for exercise. I don't have to enkoy it, I just need to get on with it!
