Well I haven't lost anything this week but that's how it goes sometimes. I have been to the gym 3 days this week for cardio and strength training. I enjoy it very much, after I'm done I have a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. But I am also hungry afterwards and have a tendency towards cheating. By that I don't mean junk foods like cake or cookies or a plateful of pasta, but rather an extra lite meal from foods that are on program. I think that may be my downfall this week. I think that the closer I remain true to my diet program I will be more consistent with the weight loss.
