So I am happy I was able to maintain my weight from the last 9 day keto diet i did with my husband. I really want to try One meal a day 'OMAD', I did do it inadvertently yesterday because I was fasting for zhul hajjah. I am not fasting today though because I could not study much yesterday. I have only a month left till my exam but I can no longer postpone losing weight either. I have changed my weight goals as well- now it is 70kgs. The day I reach 70kgs I am going to treat myself with something (non food)

My strategy for the next couple of days till Eid is to do intermittent fasting with eating 8 or 6hr windows, and generally stay off the carbs but not complete elimination. Just eating as healthy as I can.

Also I really need to get some exercise in, I feel very low energy levels wise. Because its only been a couple of weeks since we moved to a new city, its been a lot harder for me to locate nice areas where I cna get some consistent exercise, at least walking while I take my kids out to a playarea.

According to my manual scale I was 77kgs today. Wont change it though, will be weighing myself every day and hopefully I am 75kgs by Eid *at least* Insha Allah, hoping for the best
