Not quite sure how much I ate today, but it was less than 1500 calories. I did cardio for an hour, including 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.2mph and a 5% incline, 15 minutes on the rowing machine, and 15 minutes on the bike plus an hour of strength conditioning.
Tomorrow I'm doing an extra hour of cardio and then my usual two-hour routine at the gym on Saturday. When I got home tonight I weighed 179.0. Yay me!
