Congratulations on reaching your goal , is this going to be a lifestyle? How many calories were you consuming a day ?

Thank you JCF! I have decided that this way of eating WOE is my new lifestyle!! At first I cut down to about 1500 calories a day. Tried a few different WOE and ended up with some intermediate fasting and mostly whole foods. There are days I crave things and have learned balance is the key! I'm keeping about 2000 calories a day but am also not very active. Next step (after I get this crazy next few months in order) is to work on being more active and stronger. Will have to readjust the calories and increase proteins to do so. Good luck on your journey!!
