Well I made it through 3 exercise sessions today..1)600am- treadmill and floor exercises along with weights, leg press and chest press with bar. 2) 35 minutes on the treadmill at lunch...3)Finally a very painful yoga session. I had no energy and really struggled to get through. Yoga is just not my thing, but I know it is good for me and so I continue.

I was totally in carb crave today...am having some real struggle with what I believe to be the begining of the big "M". I hope this does not derail my weight loss efforts. That is why I am exercising so dang hard.

I did stay within my points but managed to do so with out hardly any fruit or vegetables.

Gona go search the internet for information.....

Remember when exercising to listen to your body. Sometimes we push hard, but if you are exhausted while working out, it's your body telling you to slow down. You don't want to get injured and not be able to workout. You are doing great.
