Fasted from 2pm Saturday until 7pm Monday. Ended up with a headache for about 12 hours from when I stopped fasting. Don't know if it was related, I kept up the water. Finished fast with Pumpkin soup and a bit of pork crackling and some biscuits.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
