It seems that my hard work is paying off (despite a little loss of inhibitions last night). I'm finally below 170. Next goal: below 160. I haven't been that low since college. I'm working out extra hard at the gym tonight to work off the extra calories from last night, and I'm going to be extra good today. Only half a salad and chicken broth for lunch. Maybe some chili for dinner. I avoided it yesterday, but it smelled sooooo good. I'll have to look it up and see if it's worth it.
