My husband scare with his heart was a real wake up call.

I lost 50+ lbs for a cruise in 2011 and have gained 30 back. I know it can be done. I just have to put my mind to it and change my life style and my husbands.
The dr. said he has to start with losing 50 lbs and then more after that.
Hopefully with 2 of us working at it we will succeed.
I haven't been able to do any real exercise for the past 12 months because of my pinful shoulder (or is that just an excuse). But now that I have a new shoulder I MUST get back to it.
9-3-13 we will be re-joining the Sr Center gym and will work out at least 3X a week after work.
WE WILL DO IT. New goal will be for Jim's 60 High school reunion in 2014!
