Sorry to hear you are having health issues. I hope you find some answers with your doctor and that everything can be "fixed". How exciting about your imminent trip to Spain. Check in when you can!

Aw, glad to hear that you're ok and hope you get that laptop sorted soon. Hope too that the doctor will have some ideas on the pain you are experiencing... as I'm sure there must be something they can do! As for slow weight loss... I wouldn't say it was that slow. 3lbs in 6 days is pretty good... honestly! ;o) Regarding food journal though... do you record everything you eat? The only reason I'm asking is that calories do seem quite low some days. So if that is reflective of what you are eating... it could be slowing your metabolism. "Fuel to lose" is definitely my motto and remember the FS food diary uses US Points, which do tend to be a bit higher than our UK one's, so you might find it useful to also record your UK points for comparison. I also wondered if you tend to eat the same number of points each day... as found it more beneficial to fluctuate high-low to keep fooling my body into losing. I know what works for one doesn't necessarily work for others... but don't be afraid to experiment, as you find what works for you. Certainly the best thing I ever did was increase points when I was doing a lot of exercise and it has meant that I still even now eat higher than WW would recommend, even though I don't do as much exercise. You just keep up the great work though, as you're doing fine... so don't you go thinking any differently! I hope you manage to get to Spain in half-term... that would be a nice break for you wouldn't it! Have a lovely weekend though and hope you get back online again soon. ;o)

Getting old is fun, isn't it?!?! Those little aches and pains become much larger and much, much harder to get rid of. Hope the doctor can figure it all out for you and that you get some relief. Take care and have fun in Spain!!!!
