hoping that this is muscle and water weight. its almost TOM and i've been working out harder for a couple weeks. If i don't start losing again in the next 2 weeks i guess i'll have to look at doing something different.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
