Atkins Friendly Leak Soup and berries with cream for my birthday. I managed to avoid the cake and cheat foods. I actually got up to 1500 calories for the first time this year - thanks to 1 cup of cream spread between the leak soup and the creamed turkey casserole.

I've noticed that if I gain 'new weight' that it is easy to lose it, just by returning to atkins and drinking a LOT of water and tea. I am also starting to think that exercise is important to kick starting the weight loss.

Even though I've not lost weight in the last month, I've come down 3 pant sizes. When I started this diet I was in a 22W. Last September I was in a 14W. Because I couldn't find that size, I had to stay in my 60W pants. October 9, I bought a pair of 18 relaxed. Today I got into them and realized that I could now fit into a 16 relaxed. My goal is to fit into a 9 'normal'.
