Well, this diet seems effective because I never crave food nor hungry.... Guess, fruits are better than junk foods or any desserts, ha? Anyways, I also did a 3 mile walk and it seems very exhausting but pretty much fun most especially if you have a good friend who is there to help you. She even told me that it's okay if I don't go to a gym class.... Walking and stretching will help me to lose more weight. So, Just keep myself busy at all times. Tomorrow, another diet and exercise....
