So far our trip is going very well and I have been eating pretty good and getting some good exercise too. On Sunday I got to go swimming with my cousins and it was quite intense swimming too! We were doing all sorts of fun stuff and we were out there for about and hour and half. I'm still pretty sore in my arms! :) Then yesterday evening when we got back to the hotel I went for a 20 minute walk/run on the treadmill. I didn't do as well I thought I should because I only made it about 1.5 miles and I wasn't able to do as much running as I thought I would be able to either. But I am just more out of shape than I realized. I am trying to do this couch to 5k, 12 week program but I think for the first week or so I'm just going to try and walk briskly for 25 minutes then start doing the running a little bit later. I need the pre couch to 5k get into better shape program lol. But I will get there eventually. I know it!
