My gym instructor friend told me not to think I am on a diet just learn how to eat right. So, she gave me some foods that I should eat for this week. Hope it will turn out so good.... #fingers crossed... And by the way, I was wearing a tight shorts, she told me wearing a tight short would make me look a little thinner and it will motivate me to lose more weight. Well, she was right... So hope the diet tips she gave me will really work out perfectly.... :)
