Weight gain! Wtf: I've been counting calories and there's no way I ate enough cal to merit a l.2 bs weight gain (that's > 3500 cal!) Hopefully it's water from all the watermelon. On top of that I've been going swimming 3x a week for the last month doing laps.

I've copied a success formula from CJt1217. Hope he doesn't mind.

I think I'll aim for that. Worked for him!

I have done that, I am trying to cut my carbs even farther, I feel better and have a lot more energy doing it. The workouts I really enjoy pushing myself with them. I hope it works for you. Hang in there. I have lost a lot of weight doing that.
