27 oz of watermelon - 1 lbs and 10 oz... I may as well go on a fast.
I've tried cutting fruit, but I've noticed I get depressive when doing so.

for me, itnwould be too much carbs. when i was eating what i wanted, 70 grams of carbs per day inhited weight loss. one pound per week.
