I went up a few pounds but I'm not sure if it's muscle or weight. I forgot to take measurements before I started so I finally did. Maybe now I'll know for sure.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
