Weight went back up to 172 and has clung there, a typical plateau thing that happens. Yesterday I ate mover 1600 Calories because I did not plan and ate indiscriminately. Things like that happen. Clothes are all looser. At some point I wil have to abandon about ten pair of size 16 pants and buy 12's. Sixteens are not literally falling off yet, but the time is comng. I do own a belt or two. That will help.
