After IF Day 2: All veggies...didn't follow exact plan but made good choices...dinner out for daughter's bday..overall did much better. Really want to make my next goal so gotta stay in the right frame of mind!! Goal: be down to 200 by 8/18!!! I can do this!!!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 180.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
