I have been running since around April 2012 and took part in a 5k for Race for Life June. Kept up the running and am currently doing between 2 1/2 - 3 miles each run. :)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
