I got up this morning and braved my own scales...just to see what they would say. I was hoping mine were not quite as possesed as Evelyn's :lol:

I was very happy to see them say 225. Now if I can just keep something around this number until tomorrow night for the officious weigh in!

I have to say I was pretty much starving by the time I got home from a very intense YOGA class, around 7pm. But so far I have made the dinner I planned on and am sticking to the diet....I had a quick low cal snack about an hour before YOGA, but I am wondering if it was not enough.

The over all day was pretty good, I hope tomorrow goes as well.

I have to really give some credit to this site and how I can track my food. I have never been big on keeping a written food journal, but this seems to work for me like never before. I see immediately what I got to work with and that is good feedback.
