Well, just had dinner on my fast day, 1 - 4 oz piece of salmon and 10 pieces of cauliflower. Feeling like I ate a turkey. This diet is awesome. I am doing this a little different though. I'm using a calorie budget. According to my weight lost, my total calorie intake drops. I'm using 1/4 of my total calories for fasting. 369c on fast day. 1477c on regular days
