Tough week with the visitation and funeral. My husband just wanted to go out to eat more frequently, which always sabatoges my good choices. I need to tell myself that just because it's a restaurant doesn't mean I shoudl always order what is going to be best tasting, most delicious thing ever. It's just FOOD that someone else is cooking for me. Pick something healthy next time!
But I did start the couch 2 5k program on Saturday! A little sore on Sunday but today I'm going to run/walk day 2.
