Overate last night. Hungry and moody. I figured that it won't hurt me, that it will jiggle my metabolism. But today is a strict diet day. And arduous work.

It most likely will jiggle your metabolism....and expect to overeat sometimes. I know I have on a couple occassions but at least I am learning to moderate that! Good attitude, keep it up!
