weight: 153 (possibly gained a little?)

Meals:

Breakfast: 1 luna bar (3 pts, but very high carb content--24 g, but no time for anything else)

coffee with cream (1)

Lunch: at 5.30 pm!! Bad deja vu vibes from yester-months! I'll have to make sure this doesn't reapeat!)
Salad and leftover tofu with bok choy, 1/4 veggie patty (3)

Dinner: winetasting event: 2 glasses of wine (4 pts; 2 carbs?)
Proud of myself for passing up all the carbs, cheeses, etc., and ordered a salad with walnuts and cranberry, feta, and vinaigrette (10 pts or so??)

4 almonds (0.5)

Exercise: At midnight, after the winetasting! Once again, proud of myself for going. Did not run but did 36 mins on elliptical, @ 388 k, didn't sweat, but no worries. I had a long day, no sleep, no food, and drank wine...going to the gym at all on such a day is progress in itself. GREAT job on the points and carbs, despite the unbalanced eating times etc.

dinner and wine sounded great! and you still managed to fit in some exercise! that must have killed the good mood you created!! it's interesting to see a WW person watching their carbs...how is that working out for you??

Wow! I don't know how you can do the elliptical at midnight and after drinking wine too! Kudos to you for getting in the exercise no matter what! 4 oz. of wine is about 2 carbs. Get some sleep! :)

Sounds like a great day! And you managed to have fun, stay in control of what you ate AND exercise! You are a ROCK STAR! (but really, did you get a video of you on the elliptical - THAT would be funny! Tipsy, tired trekking! Hey, wanna giggle? Go to Chefchristabug's journal - she says "crack" and "butt" in the same comment! heh heheh.

Exercise, after wine. Shouldn't that be the other way around. Reward versus sedation. I've never tried it but I guess you never know.

Great work on fitting the exercise in... and it's good to see that I'm not the only one that does mad things sometimes - hee-hee! ;o) That's truly dedication though and is showing on your chart. So you just keep it up, as you're doing AWESOME! :o)
