Breakfast: 1 luna bar (3 pts, but very high carb content--24 g, but no time for anything else)

Lunch: at 5.30 pm!! Bad deja vu vibes from yester-months! I'll have to make sure this doesn't reapeat!) Salad and leftover tofu with bok choy, 1/4 veggie patty (3)
Dinner: winetasting event: 2 glasses of wine (4 pts; 2 carbs?) Proud of myself for passing up all the carbs, cheeses, etc., and ordered a salad with walnuts and cranberry, feta, and vinaigrette (10 pts or so??)

Exercise: At midnight, after the winetasting! Once again, proud of myself for going. Did not run but did 36 mins on elliptical, @ 388 k, didn't sweat, but no worries. I had a long day, no sleep, no food, and drank wine...going to the gym at all on such a day is progress in itself. GREAT job on the points and carbs, despite the unbalanced eating times etc.
