I wieghed myself this morning and my scale tells me how much fat is in my body. I usually says about 25. Well today it said 30! I rally need to lay off the pop tarts! I need to find a filling snack with less fat. Today I am trying some fruit and nuts and I have a yogurt. My baby is going to come out looking like a bowl of jello!
