I feel better now, although it might be because I finally had a whole meal. I had chicken in some weird sauce that Elizabeth cooked for me (it had tomatoes, greek yogurt and stuff...) I know it isn't good for me but I was starving and that's what everyone had for dinner. I also had some rice and brocolli, but I want to think my workout today made up for some of that.

Oh well...
