this is my 3rd day at gym i'm still warming up
2day i did a 30 mins toning workout at body tone class as i'm a beginner its a lil bit hard :( but i will progress isa :)

then 1 hour workout with machine

i burned arround 200 calories

i'll keep going :) :)
