ok so I just found this website and I thought it would be a good idea to join. I'm a little nervous about this, but I am really motivated to lose weight.
I'm a F/19 that weights 175lb. I gained about 20lb in the last year and I'm not happy about it. And even then, I was chubby. I'm 5'5' and my goal is to go down to 135lb.
I have trouble with the stuff I eat because I don't cook my own food, so lately (3 days) I've been only eating Special K bars and V8 juice.
I think that's all for today, I'll keep track
