nach drei wochen wieder ins fitness gegangen.

eine stunde zumba und ca. 2 stunden ausdauer und krafttraining gemacht

abends gewogen.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
