My walk was rained out today... I'm getting very tired of the rainy weather. I did a 30 minute work out video instead, but only got about a third of the steps as I would get if I did my full walk. Maybe I'll do the video again later today. Also did my squats for the day... up to 160. I think when the squat challenge is over at the end of the month I will continue to do 50-100 squats a day, just to keep those muscles strong.

Weight is holding steady, which is a nice change. Normally the weekend always throws me off and I spend the majority of the week battling to get back to where I was the Friday or Saturday before. I did make a couple of not-so-great choices last weekend, but I made sure to up my activity and to make smart choices when I could.

Blood sugars are doing really well. Not a whole lot of fluctuation up or down which is great.

Made a great dinner last night. Roast beef Florentine paninis (roast beef, brie, roasted red pepper, spinach, and a garlic/sour cream/horseradish sauce on multigrain Panini rolls. Had a cucumber salad to go with it. I'm definitely going to be making it again. I think it would also be great with chicken or turkey.

Congrats on switching up your workout plan when the weather was uncooperative! At least you did something and didn't just give up on the idea. And your Panini sounds delicious!

I had to cancel my walk due to rain too. I hated that. In fact, I hated it so much that I ended up walking 30 minutes in the rain this afternoon. :) I had to reach my goal. Well done doing the video to compensate.
