Today Sucks! I'm sore from Tuesday night. My wife packed me a lunch which was nice, but it wasn't at all low GI. GRRRR! so I went to subway and ordered a salad. When I got back to work I opened it and there was no meat on it! Damn it!!! So now i'm pissed off and decided to drown my sorrows in a can of diet dew. The effin' pop was flat! I'm at the end of my rope
