Is is really possible to gain 7 pounds in two days? When I got on the scale for a reality check on Friday it said 227. I got on the scale this morning and it said 234. I was once again blown away, cause I thought I had done a pretty good job of holding the line this weekend. I did my exercise and stayed on track with most of my eating. I did eat more carbs and a bit less fiber, but other than that it was pretty good.

I can only think that the sodium thing you all talk about must be an issue here. My metabolism can't be that bad!

It sounds like a bunch of water weight. Try drinking some extra water and see what happens. I can gain 7 pounds that time of the month easily. But it always comes back off. Good luck!
