I'm so confused on the whole exercising thing. I have done research online, and asked friends that have been working out to lose weight, and they all have conflicting information. Do I eat before or after I work out? Is it better to work out in the morning versus the evening? Is it okay to work out in intervals throughout the day, like 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night? I'm so confused. I am definitely not a morning person, so I don't think I would get my lazy butt up earlier to exercise. I could walk around my office's parking lot at lunch, but then do I eat my lunch before or after I walk? Or, I could walk around the neighborhood or do the Wii after dinner in the evenings. Which is best?

From everything that I've gathered (from talking to a nutritionist, reading magazines like Fitness & Shape, and from stuff I've found online) it doesn't matter when you work out, it just matters that you do. A minimum of 30 minutes a day, and it doesn't matter if you walk 3 times a day for 10 minutes each. During the week I eat lunch and then walk around our building for 20-30 minutes, and then when I get home I either get on my mini-trampoline or do part of a workout dvd. If I don't walk at work then I do 20-30 minutes of some sort of activity at home. I have just started working out, so I don't have all the answers. And really, no one will be able to tell you what is best FOR YOU. Just try to make sure you're moving 30 minutes a day, and your stamina will continue to grow.
