The Diet I am following is 'The Rotation Diet' by Martin Katahn, Ph.D.
This is a diet where for week 1, I will be eating 600 calories a day for 3 days, followed by 900 calories a day for the next 4 days.
In week 2, I will be eating approximately 1200 calories a day for the entire week.
In week 3, it is back to the same as week 1.
Week 4 is a break week before starting again.
On average people who follow the Rotation Diet exactly will lose over 5 pounds the first week, around 2.5 pounds the second week, and up to 5 pounds again the third week.
I hope this diet works as others have failed for me.
