After some really bad food choices over the weekend, I'm back on track for the most part. I kept my carbs low yesterday, and I didn't really feel like I was starving or anything. Dinner last night, while totally yummy and low on the carb side of things, was a little heavier on the fat. I made curry chicken crepes... a new recipe for me and it turned out really nice. I served it with a garden salad to help balance the richness of the crepes.

I've found getting up and out for my walks in the morning has been harder the last few days. I've been really tired (likely due to poor food choices and staying up too late to read), and it's been real work to get my a$$ out of bed. I'm doing it, but man it's hard. Of course, it doesn't help that it's been chilly the last few mornings (seriously... 3C this morning and felt like 0C. And this is June?!?!). Also did my squats. Not enjoying them at all, but I am seeing results.

On the odd side of things... I'm noticing that my fat is different. The fat on my belly, my hips, my thighs has all changed. It used to be harder, more solid. Now it's softer, squishier. More fluid, maybe? I'm not kidding myself, there's still a whole lot of it there, but something is changing and I like it.
