Had japanese for dinner last nite. Ordered sashimi and ate til I was full. Felt so good. Was "good," except shocked at how many carbs are in miso soup! Will have to forego miso soup next time. Ketostix this morning showed still in moderate ketosis, even after 3/4 C blueberries and miso soup yesterday, but missed my usual salads yesteday and am feeling bloated this morning. Need fiber today.
