I weighed at Schnucks today 272.2 not 300 like I was thinking. Clothes are getting looser. BP 176/98 got to get it down or into a Dr.'s.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
