Lunch: 6oz of baked fish with onion, tomato, bell peper and seasoning) 1/2 cantaloupe 1mineral water.
Dinner: 2 eggs with tomato souce 1oz of bread with 2 teaspoon of margarine 4oz of Milk 1 small orange.
