Well another less than wonderful weigh in. I am begining to think I am doing something really wrong here, one week I can understand, but 2 weeks?

I have been dead on with my eating, in fact a bit under. I stuck to my goals of paying more attention to my fat and carb intake...I brought them both into a more balanced place this week. I exercised every day and twice on some days...

I realize this is a long term life time thing...but once again the science does not add up to the reality.

I just have to believe that my body and my brain are not working towards the same goals...Could be a long damn winter...at this rate.

When you say "under," do you mean you have been under your points? If that answer is yes, that is probably the answer to your not losing. Your daily points are the absolute minimum your body needs every day. Not eating all of them every day can result in not losing or even a gain. I know it sounds weird but you need to eat to lose. You should even eat some flex, they are a part of the plan. The more you eat while losing, the more you can eat while maintaining. Good luck!
