7 lbs. a week is an overstatement. technically, 362 is my starting point. i was going to go to pilates today, but i am still in pain from going to the gym yesterday. overexertion isn't going to help me anymore than overeating. so i had a breakfast of canadian bacon, two pieces of french toast with banana and nutella, and one scrambled egg white. the french toast was a guilty pleasure but there was barely any nutella on them. that said, i'm aware of what i ate and am mindful that i'll need to work that off. lunch approaches, so i'll be sure to squeeze a salad in there.

yoga tomorrow. possibly a walk tonight. bye bye fat cells, i hope i never see your fugly faces again.

I recommend going to pilates on a day when you're not actually sore at all. Just so you're not struggling to do stuff you'd normally be able to do. Like if you're doing classes, maybe do pilates early in the week, and then yoga middle and later in the week, so you can stretch out the misery that pilates inflicted on you before. That way it'll be more soothing to your body instead of a miserable shock nightmare.
