well i forgot to add the glass of rose on the 29th with dinner but that didn't really add that much.

Last night I went over 372 and 390 was solely due to me eating 3 servings of pirate booty while I walked Poochie. The cookies didn't even put me over. I need to do a better job of sticking to the serving size. It's so hard!
