I can't believe what I did last night. I am not feeding myself enough, somehow, and I became too hungry. I overate, steak, steak fat, cereal, even a small bag of yogurt raisins. I'm sure I ate well over 2,000 calories for the day. So now I have to bounce back again. Hopefully a day of eating well will be enough to bring me back under 150. But as it is, I'm afraid to go on the scale.

Just try to remember that one day's failure is not a complete diet failure! How many calories did you actually eat? It takes 3500 (or so) to make one pound. And I'm sure you didn't eat that much! Maybe you are not eating enough and that causes what I call an "eating explosion"
