Ugh. There's a good 2 weeks I've lost, eating entire batches of raw cookie dough, cupcakes, donuts, etc. I just had an awful setback, and couldn't cope, and lost all control over diet an exercise. I feel awful, and I'm terrified to get back on a scale.

But I need to start (again) somewhere, so here I am again. A quick 3-day fat fast to get me back into ketosis, and I've managed to unearth the WiiFit. I have 11 days to fit back into my pretty corset dress (last fit into it when I was 178lbs, so it's not an unreasonable goal), and very little left on my daily to-do list except exercise.

I can do this!
