Missed my pump today. The summer schedule is still on for another week and a half. There is no pump on Thursday mornings. I hope that changes. So I did almost 40 mins of treadmill the barbell - medium weights 4 sets of 10 - chest 4 sets of 10 - tris 1 set of bis 1 set of staggered bis 4 sets of squats 2 sets of lunges each leg.
I weighted myself there and the scale stayed at 200 even. Hmmm... I like that scale! I was naked too.
