So my weight has gone up quite a bit from my last weigh-in. I haven't really been following a diet up until now, but I went from 275lbs down to 269 during a recent vacation, so I've decided to keep down on the food intake and try to stick with it. My mother revealed to me recently that there's a pretty big history of heart problems in my family, so I know I really need to get the weight down to a more manageable number. My willpower is terrible, but I know with support from friends and family, I can get to my goal.
